Small Stellated Dodecahedron 111 is
mahogany re-cycled from an old door. It measures 12-3/8" in diameter and has a hand rubbed oil finish. It appears to be made of light and dark pieces but in fact all are the same color and shade. The optical characteristics of the wood
cause it to change from light to dark
depending upon the angle and
intensity of the light source in relation to the viewing position.
